What is Cinatrade?
Cinatrade lets small to medium size importers buy directly from Chinese
manufacturers. Our expert team locates the best ready-to-export
products at low factory prices. Then we offer these products on-line —
directly to customers. Customers thus get a pricing usually available
only for big importers. Customers can moreover purchase at a volume
that makes sense for their needs.

How do I purchase on Cinatrade?
For purchases with PayPal or Credit Card payment, please do so online via www.cinatrade.com.
The following tips will help speed up your online buying process.
1. Adding Items To Cart
- Click on "Add to cart" for your selected products;
- If you are a registered customer, you will be asked to log in. Please use your Cinatrade account to log in there;
- For new customers, please register with your contact and billing details in order to continue the checkout process;
- If you have more than one item, continue shopping and adding to cart;
- When done shopping, click on "View Cart" and update the quantities if necessary before checking out.
2. Checking Out
- On the Shopping Cart page, click on "Check Out";
- On Invoice/Receipt page, check that all billing and shipping details are correct before clicking on "Pay Now" or "Confirm Order";
- Take note of the invoice number found on the order confirmation page.
Do you have available inventory of all listed items on your website?
All products displayed on Cinatrade are available for immediate
purchase. In some cases, however, inventory may be limited. If you do
not see a previously-listed item in our website, please email Customer
Service at service@cinatrade.com
to find out when the item will become available or to place an advance order with us.
How do I find out if your products comply with my country's import requirements?
It is the buyer's responsibility to understand the import requirements
and restrictions in his/her own country before committing to an order.
Cinatrade cannot be responsible for items held by the recipient's
Customs for whatever reason. Our Customer Services team is happy to
answer any questions you may have regarding a product's specifications
or certifications to help you decide whether the item is suitable for
import into your country or not.
Are the items in your store RoHS-compliant?
Some are, some are not. We are now working with our suppliers to
develop more products that are RoHS-compliant. Please check the item
description to see whether a product is RoHS-compliant or not.
How can I view the status of my order?
Please log into our website. Click on Account History to display all
your transaction history. If you need to view the details of your
order, click on the date of the order.
How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed, we can cancel your order and give you a full refund.
Please contact service@cinatrade.com
with your request. If your order has already been released to our
warehouse for processing, we regret that we cannot accept the
cancellation.
Does Cinatrade have a minimum or maximum order quantity?
We have no minimum order quantity for most products, and we have no maximum order quantity.
Do you offer discounts if purchase exceeds certain amount?
The prices of all products listed on Cinatrade are fixed. Currently we
do not offer additional discounts for ordering multiple quantities of
the same item.
Can I buy a sample for evaluation?
Yes. If you would like additional information on selected products to
help with evaluation, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Paypal is only allowed for orders of total amount less then 2000 USD.
Paypal is also disabled for some countries. If you have made an order of
less than 2000 USD and Paypal is not a choice in the final page of your

Do you accept payment methods other than credit card and Paypal?
Yes. We also accept payment via bank transfer and telegraphic transfer

I want to pay via bank transfer or Telegraphic Transfer
(T/T). How do I place the order?
To do so, please do not complete the Paypal payment, but choose the
alternative payment method button instead (situated at the bottom of
the payment page). Please indicate your order number when you make the
payment. It generally takes from 2 to 4 business days for the funds
to be transfered to our bank. After we have received the payment in
our account, we will release the order for shipping. The following is

How much does shipping cost?
If you wish to find out the shipping cost for one or more products to
your location, please add the item(s) to your Shopping Cart. A shipping
charge will appear based on air-courier shipment to the world. The
system will indicate the actual shipping cost once you checkout and
before you commit to the purchase. We work closely with our strategic
partners FedEx Express and DHL Air Express to provide you best service.
For air shipment and sea shipment: We will inform you the cost after we
check it up with our logistics partners based on the order you submit.
Generally, shipping to the UK and other Western European countries is
slightly more expensive than to the U.S.A. And shipping to Australia
and New Zealand is slightly less expensive than to the U.S.A.
Which kinds of shipping discounts do you offer?
We work together with logistic partners, FedEx and DHL, to provide our
customers 38% to 52% off discounts for their shipping cost. The
discounts may vary with different types of products and different
destinations.
Does the shipping cost include local tax, import duties, and customs clearance cost?
The shipping cost does not cover any local taxes, import duties, or
customs clearance costs levied by your government. The buyer is
responsible for these import-related costs. Please check with your

How much does shipping insurance cost and how can I purchase it for my order?
We use FedEx Express and/or DHL Air Express. If you would like to buy
shipping insurance for your order, please pay an additional 2% of the
product cost, whichever is higher. Please contact service@cinatrade.com with your order invoice number after you have placed your order to request for shipping insurance.
Which courier company do you use?
We use Fedex Express and DHL Air Express as our courier.
Do you offer alternate shipping methods?
Yes. Currently, FedEx and DHL Air Express is available for immediate
calculation on our website. For sea shipment and air shipment, we will
inform you the cost of the shipment based on your order information. We
are also in the process of reviewing other delivery modes. Customers
will be notified when other shipping methods become available.
Can you ship my order using my courier account?
This is not an available option as standard delivery procedure is to be applied to all orders.
When will the goods be delivered?
The goods will be shipped 6 to 8 business days after the payment has
cleared. It will take another 2 to 4 business days for delivery. A
Shipping Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you advising your
Airwaybill number once your shipment has been dispatched. There are
some rare instances where shipments will be held at Customs and this
may prolong the delivery time. Please note that this is beyond our
control.

We ship to all countries. If for whatever reason we cannot ship to your
location, our Customer Service representative will contact you.
